It is the job of our Safety Administrator to monitor and supervise our methods for managing risk. This methodology is documented and strictly adhered to.

With a demonstrated, proactive approach to safety, procedures, we are constantly reviewing and updating our practices and policies to ensure our standards are first class and above industry standards. Our internal systems are built around maintaining the highest standard of quality that is expected by our clients.
All of our staff are highly trained and certified to safely work at any height, with staff safety certification, tickets and licenses including:
- Rope access certification
- Safe working at heights
- Elevated work platform
- Construction awareness certificate (white and blue cards)
- First aid certificate
Window Wipers will work with each business to ascertain any council permits that may be required and can even quote to take care of all the necessary paperwork and approvals by liaising with the relevant shire. Window Wipers aims to simplify the process for clients, to provide a more complete service with minimal fuss.
For clients’ peace of mind we are fully insured to work at unlimited heights, including Public Liability insurance to $20 million and work cover insurance for our employees. A copy of any certificates can be provided to clients for their records.
